Lucky Fan Cady Eimer is invited to Billboard Awards by Justin Bieber ( read more )



Justin Bieber inviting a lucky fan, Cady Eimer to the Billboard Awards on May 20th, 2012.

Cady is a belieber from a small town in Virginia. She has actually met Justin twice, once in Greensboro, NC, and then again in Norfolk, Virginia during a sound check. She made a website onelesslonelyprom.com hoping that Justin will take her to high school prom.

After over a year, Justin responds Cady’s invitation with the video (above).
