The 31-year-old reality TV star was attending a launch for her new fragrance, called True Reflection. While speaking to the press an unknown person rushed the red carpet and poured flour on the star, before being detained by police.
Kardashian was quickly escorted off the press line to dust herself off while the mess was cleared.
